A Warrington man turned himself in to Warminster police Friday night after allegedly stealing prescription medication from a Walgreens on County Line Road by flashing a gun in his waistband. Brian Bulvin, 38, was seen on surveillance video walking into the Walgreens, displaying a firearm that was tucked in his waistband, and demanding medication from the employee. Bulvin, who faces several felony counts of robbery and possession of a firearm, was released on $50,000 unsecured bail set by Magisterial District Judge William J. Benz. He will appear in Court next on January 23 before Magisterial District Judge Daniel Finello.

We believe that this is a clear instance of someone who was trying to get drugs to feed an addiction. The most interesting thing about the case is the mugshot – he appears to be smiling and having a good time. Please let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
